The regular OPD runs on tokens. On a heavy morning that can mean an hour or more in the waiting area, and a consultation that has to keep moving because the room behind you is full.
VIP OPD works the other way round. You choose the exact 10 minutes you want, the fee is paid online, and that time is blocked in the day’s list before you arrive. When you reach the hospital you are seen at that time.
The examination, the X-ray review and the treatment plan are exactly the same as any other patient receives. What you are paying for is a guaranteed time and an unhurried room — nothing about the medicine changes.
Emergencies are never charged a booking fee. A fracture, a road accident or an injury that cannot wait is attended immediately, at any hour, without any of this.

A VIP OPD slot is time with the surgeon himself — not an assistant, not a junior review. The same person who examines you in that room is the person who operates, and the person who sees you at every follow-up afterwards.
The consultation happens across his own desk, with your films on the viewing box beside you, so the X-ray is read with you rather than reported to you.

Pick a date, a session, then one of the open slots. Times already taken do not appear, so whatever you can tap is genuinely free.

Name, mobile number and age, plus a line about the problem if you want the doctor to read it before you walk in.
Pay online
The booking fee is paid on a secure payment screen — UPI, card, wallet or netbanking. The slot is held only once the payment succeeds.
Walk in at that time
You get a reference number, and the doctor gets your booking on WhatsApp and email. Reach ten minutes early and give the number at the desk.

Sundays are closed. Slots inside the next ninety minutes are not offered, so there is always time to reach the hospital.

Is the doctor different in VIP OPD?
No. The same consultants see you, in the same rooms, with the same equipment. What changes is the time: your slot is reserved and the consultation is unhurried.
What if I arrive late?
Come as soon as you can and show your reference at the desk. A slot is held for a reasonable delay, but if the session has ended we will offer you the next available VIP slot at no extra charge.
Can I change or cancel my slot?
Yes. Send your reference number on WhatsApp to +91 76004 62706 at least four hours before the slot and we will move it once, free of charge. Cancellations at shorter notice cannot be refunded, since the time has been held and no other patient could take it.
Is the online payment safe?
The payment happens on the gateway's own secure screen. The hospital receives only the confirmation, never your card or UPI credentials, and this website stores nothing.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. A confirmation with your reference number appears immediately and can be saved or sent on WhatsApp, and a calendar reminder can be added in one tap. Bring either, or simply give your name at the desk.
What about an accident or a fresh fracture?
Do not book online. Call +91 76004 62706 and come directly to the hospital. Emergencies are attended first, at any hour, and are never asked for a priority fee.
