Vishwas Orthopaedic Hospital sells a medical consultation slot, not a product. Nothing is shipped and nothing is posted. This page explains how what you pay for is actually delivered.

Nothing is shipped
This website does not sell, dispatch or courier any physical item. There is no delivery address to enter, no shipping charge, no tracking number and no delivery partner.
The only thing purchased online is the ₹1,000 VIP OPD booking fee, which reserves a 10-minute consultation slot.
Your confirmation
Confirmation is instant and digital. The moment your payment succeeds, the slot is blocked in the day’s list in your name, and confirmation reaches both you and the consulting doctor.
You receive a booking reference on screen. Keep it — it is what you show at the reception desk, and what you quote if you need to move or cancel the appointment.
If your payment succeeds but you do not see a confirmation, call us with the payment reference and we will confirm the slot manually.

The consultation itself is delivered in person at:

Aastha Complex, beside Puja X-Ray Clinic, near Bus Station, Falshruti Nagar, Bharuch, Gujarat 392001
Monday to Saturday, 10:30–13:30 and 17:30–19:30. Closed on Sunday.
Timing
You choose the exact slot at the time of booking, within OPD hours, up to about two weeks ahead. Delivery is at the time you selected.
Slots inside the next ninety minutes are not offered, so there is always time to reach the hospital.

Who we see
Patients come from Bharuch and the surrounding region including Ankleshwar, Jambusar, Amod, Hansot and Zadeshwar. Anyone may book — the consultation is delivered at the hospital in Bharuch.
Consultations are available in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
