Moving your slot
Send your booking reference on WhatsApp at least four hours before your slot and we will move it once, free of charge, to any available time.
There is no charge for this and no paperwork. One free move per booking.
When a refund applies
Cancelled more than four hours before the slot: the booking fee is refunded in full.
Cancelled less than four hours before the slot, or not attended: the fee is not refunded. The time was held in your name and no other patient could be given it.
To cancel, send your booking reference on WhatsApp, or call the hospital.
Our side
If the hospital has to move your appointment — an emergency surgery, an unavoidable absence — you are offered the next time that suits you, or a full refund. Your choice.
If you arrive late, come as soon as you can and show your reference at the desk. Your slot is held for a reasonable delay. If the session has already ended, you are given the next available VIP slot at no extra charge.
Method and timing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. We do not refund by cash or to a different account.
We initiate the refund within 2 working days of agreeing it. Once initiated, the money typically reaches your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. That last part is outside our control.
You will have the refund reference from Razorpay; quote it to your bank if there is any delay at their end.
Please note
The booking fee covers the consultation slot only. Charges already incurred for X-rays, scans, laboratory tests, injections, procedures, plaster, braces, implants, medicines or dressings are for services already delivered and are not refundable.
Emergency care is never charged a booking fee, so no refund question arises for it.
Talk to us
If you think a refund has been handled wrongly, get in touch with your booking reference. We would rather sort it out directly than have you dispute it with your bank.
Monday to Saturday, 10:30–13:30 and 17:30–19:30. Closed on Sunday.
