These terms cover your use of this website and the VIP OPD online booking service operated by Vishwas Orthopaedic Hospital, Bharuch. Booking a slot means you accept them.

The provider
Vishwas Orthopaedic Hospital, a fracture and joint replacement centre at Aastha Complex, beside Puja X-Ray Clinic, near Bus Station, Falshruti Nagar, Bharuch, Gujarat 392001, led by Dr. Nisarg Trivedi (M.S. Orthopaedics).
The VIP OPD slot
A VIP OPD booking reserves a named 10-minute consultation slot with the consultant at a time you choose, for a booking fee of ₹1,000. It is a scheduling service.
The fee buys time, not a different standard of care. The examination, the imaging review and the treatment plan are exactly what any other patient receives.
The fee covers the consultation slot only. X-rays, scans and laboratory tests, injections and in-clinic procedures, plaster, braces and implants, medicines and dressings, surgery and admission, and follow-up visits are all billed separately at standard hospital rates.
Emergencies are never charged a booking fee. A fracture, a road accident or an injury that cannot wait is attended immediately, at any hour, with no booking required.
How it works
Slots may be booked up to about two weeks ahead, within OPD hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30–13:30 and 17:30–19:30. Closed on Sunday.
Payment is taken online through Razorpay. Your slot is confirmed only when the payment succeeds; confirmation reaches both you and the doctor at that moment. If a payment fails or is interrupted, no slot is held and any amount debited is returned by the payment provider under its normal reversal process.
Please book using accurate details. A wrong phone number means we cannot reach you if the appointment has to move.

What we ask
Arrive a little before your slot and bring any previous films, reports and a list of medicines you take. Tell the doctor about allergies, existing conditions and current medication.
Do not misuse the booking system — repeated speculative bookings, fraudulent payment attempts or bookings made in someone else’s name without their knowledge may result in cancellation without refund.
The legal part
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on a consultation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for professional negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bharuch, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
